Tom is joint curator (along with with Ian Hislop!!), of the British Museum’s exhibition on dissent. Whether pursuing a 3000 year old sculpture from Mesopotamia or a pink pussy hat from 2017 anti-trump march, Tom and Ian have spent three years trawling the museum’s galleries and stores, ferreting out the objects which express outrage the opposition to political oppression, tyranny or just plain old authority.
