The Lost Lectures

Foodscapes

Carl’s whimsical landscapes made entirely of food have seen him work with top ad agencies and food clients across the globe. From London’s sky-scape to salmon seas, Carl takes us on a fascinating journey through the trials and tribulations of this unique art form. With more puns than you can shake a celery stick at, this talk is lip-smackingly lovely but with a serious side too, how his art has become a brilliant tool in encouraging sustainability and education around food for the younger generations in developing countries and those a little closer to home.
